About CVS Caremark
Starting Jan. 1, 2022, CVS Caremark® will partner with American Airlines as your new administrator for prescription drug coverage. Our care network provides convenient and flexible options for the prescription drugs you and your family may need.
We’ll be sending more detailed information to both your home mailing address and your preferred email address soon, but in the meantime, you can use this site to get to know us a little better. Here you’ll find:

Although your prescription drug benefits are transferring to a new administrator, you’ll still have access to the same cost-saving prescription programs through CVS Caremark.
StayWell Rx
StayWell Rx allows you to receive 90-day supplies of eligible generic medications at no cost and eligible brand-name prescriptions for only $30. Eligible medications include select diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma medications, as well as blood glucose test strips and inhalers.
If you are enrolled in the Core, Plus, Standard, High Cost Coverage, PPO 80 or PPO 90 medical options, contact your Accolade health assistant through the member portal or by calling 833-FIND-WAY (833-346-3929).

CVS Caremark Maintenance Choice® Program
If you need to fill a long-term prescription (90-day supply), you can usually get it filled for a lower cost through the CVS Caremark Maintenance Choice program at an in-network pharmacy or by mail. Starting Jan. 1, 2022, you can fill your 90-day prescription at Caremark.com or at one of these locations:
- Any CVS Pharmacy (freestanding or located inside Target).
- Safeway-owned pharmacies, including those at Safeway-owned chains, such as Tom Thumb, Randalls and Vons.
- Baylor Scott & White Health pharmacies in the DFW area.
Watch your mail and email later this year for more details on how to transfer your long-term prescriptions to the Maintenance Choice program starting Jan. 1, 2022.
