Important Dates
Effective January 1, 2026:
- Use your new CVS Caremark ID card at the pharmacy
- Call CVS Caremark to activate mail order and credit card payment information: 1-833-844-5648
- Create your CVS Caremark online account at Caremark.com to access plan information
Annual Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for 2026 is now closed. The next annual Open Enrollment period will occur in Fall 2026 (typically in late October/early November), with changes effective January 1, 2027. In October, please watch for communications from Tufts University regarding the Open Enrollment period.
