This plan does not have a deductible for prescriptions
These plans are eligible for a Health Savings Account and have a combined deductible for both medical and prescription drug expenses. You are responsible for 100% of the discounted cost of your medications before you have met the combined deductible.

- $2,000 Pre-Deductible Plan with Health Savings Account
- $4,500 Pre-Deductible Plan with Health Savings Account
Once you have met your deductible, the plan will share in the cost of your prescription drugs. Explore the following links to see what your share of the prescription drug cost would be once you have met your deductible:

NOTE: Drug pricing is based on the family coverage. Maintenance medication can be filled twice at a retail pharmacy prior to being required to use CVS Retail Pharmacy, CVS Mail Order, Costco, Kroger-affiliated, and select independent pharmacies.
